Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Spacedust Films website and the commissioning
of services provided by Spacedust Films ("we", "us", "our"). By commissioning our services or using
our website, you ("the Client", "you") agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility
Our services and website are available only to individuals aged 18 or over. By using our services, you
confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
2. Website Use
Website content is provided for general information only. You may not use the website for unlawful
purposes or in a way that could impair its operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or
withdraw any part of the website without notice.
3. Intellectual Property
All content created by Spacedust Films, including but not limited to video, photography, drone
footage, AI-assisted outputs, 3D models, text, and branding, remains the intellectual property of
Spacedust Films unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorised copying, resale, sublicensing, or
distribution is prohibited.
4. Bookings, Payments and Delivery
A booking is confirmed only once a deposit or full payment has been received. Invoices are payable
within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at 5% per month. Final
delivery timelines are agreed prior to filming but may vary depending on project complexity and client
feedback. Spacedust Films reserves the right to withhold delivery of content until payment is received
in full.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled shoot incur no charge. Cancellations
within 48 hours incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 24 hours or on the day of the shoot are charged
in full. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to
availability.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for ensuring that filming locations are accessible, safe, legally compliant,
and prepared. All necessary permissions, consents, and releases must be obtained from occupants,
property owners, or individuals appearing on camera. All arrangements must comply with data
protection and privacy laws. Delays or reshoots caused by lack of access, preparation, or
permissions may incur additional charges.

Spacedust Films - Terms and Conditions Page 1Spacedust Films retains full copyright ownership of all commissioned content. Upon full payment, the
Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the final content for their own direct
promotional purposes, including websites and email marketing, social media platforms, and digital
property listings directly connected to the Client’s business.
7.1 Restrictions
Content may not be resold, sublicensed, or supplied to third parties without written permission. Use in
paid advertising campaigns, third-party collaborations, influencer activity, or on platforms outside the
Client’s direct ownership requires prior agreement and may incur additional fees. Content may not be
edited, reprocessed, or adapted using AI tools or automated software without written permission,
except for minor trims or resizing for social formats.
7.2 Duration
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, licences are valid for 24 months from delivery. Continued use
beyond this period may require renewal.
7.3 Attribution
Where feasible, credit to Spacedust Films should be included when content is republished or
collab-tagged on social platforms.
8. Portfolio and Promotion
Spacedust Films reserves the right to use commissioned content for its own promotion, including
portfolio displays, website, and social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Reshoots
Reshoots required due to client error (for example, unprepared property or access issues) will be
billed separately. Reshoots required due to technical or crew error will be completed at no additional
cost.
10. Liability and Force Majeure
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work, Spacedust Films is not liable for indirect loss,
loss of earnings, or reputational damage. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused
by events beyond our control, including weather, illness, equipment failure, travel disruption, or safety
concerns. Liability in all cases is limited to the total value of the contracted services.
11. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms such as video hosting services, analytics tools, or social media
platforms. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat any confidential information, methodologies, or processes disclosed during
the course of the project as private, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
14. Changes to Terms

services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
